Usage and Progress Data: We collect data on your selected career tracks, the interview stations you complete, and the AI-generated feedback and scores you receive. This allows you to track your progress and receive tailored feedback.

Experience Builder Content: Any portfolio entries or personal achievements you add to the Experience Builder are stored with your account. This data is used to help our AI tailor feedback to your personal experiences.

Audio Recordings: Audio from your mock interviews is sent to our AI service for analysis to generate feedback. These recordings are processed for this purpose and are not stored long-term on our servers.

Onboarding Information: We store the answers you provide during the onboarding process, such as how you heard about us and your preparation goals, to help us understand our user base.

Analytics and Crash Data: We collect anonymised data about app usage and crashes to help us identify bugs and improve the user experience. This includes information like device type and operating system.
3. How We Use Your Data

To Provide and Maintain the Service: To manage your account, provide you with access to interview stations, and display your performance history.

For Medical Education Research (with your consent): If you opt-in during onboarding, your anonymised performance data may be used for research purposes to create better educational tools. Your personal information will not be identifiable.

4. Data Storage and Security
We use secure cloud-based servers (Google Firebase) located in multiple regions to store your data. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
